Christmas Booking Terms & Conditions

Please ensure to read these booking policies for Christmas reservations. These will be outlined again by your events team upon booking.
Fees may apply for late cancellations and no-shows. Please find attached our booking types for the Christmas season, and the T&Cs that apply:

ENGLAND WORLD CUP MATCHES

Card authentication must be completed to secure the booking. This authentication is the full minimum spend required.
We require the minimum spend to be paid in full at least 7 days prior to your booking date (your booking may be cancelled if we don’t receive this)
We require a pre order or package to be submitted at least 7 days prior to your booking date. If not received, your booking may be cancelled.
All final numbers must be received at least 7 days prior to the booking date. No increase or decrease will be allocated after this date.
No refunds given once full payment has been made

NON-ENGLAND WORLD CUP MATCHES / DRINKS & SNACKS BOOKINGS

    Card authentication must be completed to secure the booking. This authentication is the full minimum spend required.
    Please give 7 days’ notice to cancel or amend booking. If you wish to cancel later you will be charged your full agreed minimum spend.
    We require a pre order at least 7 days prior to the booking date
    A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to your final bill

 
GROUPS OF 75+ / ROOM HIRES/ VENUE HIRES  

    50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure the booking
    We require the full payment in full at least 4 weeks’ prior to your booking date
    We require a full pre order 7 days prior to the booking date
    Final numbers are due 7 days prior to the booking date (no increase or decrease)
    Please allow at least 4 weeks should you wish to cancel your booking . If you wish to cancel later you will be charged your full balance. If guest would like to cancel prior to 4 weeks, we can move the nonrefundable deposit to an alternative date (1 move max)

    No refunds given once full payment has been made
    A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to your final bill

Please note that all Christmas bookings must be cancelled in writing by email, simply reply to your booking confirmation email, keeping the subject of the email the same as this identifies your booking. Cancellations made through other means, including social media, may not be accepted and you may still be charged.

 

GENERAL BOOKING AND PAYMENTS

We are cashless so you need to bring a bank card to settle your bill. We accept carding including American Express as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay & Android Pay.

Fees may apply for late cancellations and no-shows. For larger groups and on key occasion days for our business, we reserve the right to increase the notice required. This will be outlined in your booking journey.

Your table will be held for 20 minutes. After this time your table may be charged a cancellation fee and your table may be given away. If you are late for your reservation, this may be taken off your total booking time.

We will always try to accommodate seated bookings on as few tables as possible, but we may need to split your party across multiple tables. We will always try to seat your party as close together, however, this cannot always be guaranteed.

Larger groups may be required to pre-order and/or dine from set menus. Please speak to our events team for details.

Our venues are also available for private hire meaning some spaces may be out of use to the public during your visit.

We reserve the right to refuse or eject any guests who appear intoxicated, behaving inappropriately or dressed inappropriately. Right of admission is reserved and no refund or compensation will be given.

On rare occasions, we may need to move or amend your booking and will work closely with you to find the best solution. In the event we need to cancel your booking you will receive a full refund where applicable.

Cancellations and No-shows

Management reserves the right to amend the cancellation notice as required and you will be notified before your booking is complete.

MENUS

Please check our menu page for the latest menus. Our team are happy to help advise if there are certain dishes you would like to try.

Please advise your server of any allergies or dietary requirements.

Certain menus are only available in specific areas of our venues. Please speak to our events team for details.

A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to your final bill.

AGE POLICY

Under 18’s are allowed in before 4pm with responsible adults. They are not allowed upstairs in our sports lounge. We reserve the right not to allow under 18’s in on peak game days. Please ensure anyone lucky to look under 25 is carrying a valid form of ID. We accept valid passports or UK driving licence.

DRESS-CODE

We don’t have a strict dress code, but we do kindly ask guests to dress appropriately for the occasion.
Right of admission reserved.

WET WEATHER

Our terrace is partially covered and heated, all tables are allocated on a first come first serve basis. Should the weather be poor on the day of your booking, we do our best to move you inside. In the event we are full inside, we try to suggest a sister venue to move you to or you have the option to cancel with no charge if you are on a table with no cover. Some tables have screen views, if you specifically want to enjoy sport on your visit make sure to book ‘outside terrace – screen view’ to guarantee this.
